If a prescription cannot be issued following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address.
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive prescription deliveries where a signature is required.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been reviewed and approved by our prescribing team, and you will receive a full refund.
Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the matter promptly.
